At Namid Immigration Consulting Services, we believe that professional immigration guidance should be accessible, transparent, and fairly priced. Our professional fees are competitive and reflect the personalized advice, attention to detail, and dedicated support we provide throughout your immigration journey.

Before any work begins, you will receive a clear Retainer Agreement outlining the scope of services, professional fees, payment schedule, and the responsibilities of both parties.

Consultation Fee

Your initial consultation is an opportunity to discuss your immigration goals, review your circumstances, and explore the immigration pathways that may be available to you. If you decide to retain our services, your consultation fee will be credited toward your professional fees, making it part of your overall service agreement.

Flexible Payment Schedule

To make our services more manageable, our professional fees are generally payable in the following stages:

• 40% upon signing the Retainer Agreement.
• 40% when your application is completed and ready for submission.
• 20% upon the successful issuance of your visa or immigration approval, in accordance with the terms of your Retainer Agreement.

Third-Party Fees

Unless otherwise stated in your Retainer Agreement, our professional fees do not include third-party costs charged by government agencies or other service providers. These may include:

• Government processing fees
• Biometrics fees
• Medical examinations
• Police certificates
• Language proficiency tests (IELTS, CELPIP, TEF Canada, TCF Canada, or PTE Core)
• Educational Credential Assessments (ECAs)
• Document translation or notarization
• Courier and mailing services

Any applicable third-party fees will be discussed with you before they are incurred.
